Offered by Cooking Matters NH, a program of the NH Food Bank, in partnership with Amoskeag Health and Fresh Start Farms. Want to learn more about meal planning & cooking for your family? Join us for six (6) FREE, online workshops!

Personal Responsibilities Education Program (PREP)
This program supports teens in building healthy relationships, developing positive behaviors, and reducing pregnancy and STI risks in a welcoming environment that supports and empowers students of all backgrounds and identities.

The Parent Cafe' is a free group for caregivers of children of all ages in the
Manchester Area. This is a safe space for caregivers to engage in group
