LOCAL PHARMACIES

Most insurance plans will cover prescriptions at many different pharmacies. If you’re not sure which ones your insurance works with, call the number on your insurance card. They can give you a list.

 

Please note:

• CVS does not accept Wellsense Insurance.

• Walgreens does not take New Hampshire Healthy Families Insurance, except at the Valley Street Walgreens in Manchester.

 

How to update your pharmacy:

• Tell the front desk or your provider which pharmacy you want to use.

• If you need a refill before your next visit, call us and let us know which pharmacy you’d like us to use. Please note that it can take five to seven days for the transfer to happen.

• You do not need to call your old pharmacy. Your prescriptions will move once we send them to your new pharmacy.
