First, Call Amoskeag Health 603-626-9500. If it is after hours, leave a message with the after-hours call service and you will receive a call back from a Provider in 20 minutes.
Are you experiencing a life-threatening emergency?
Call 911 or go to the hospital. Unnecessary hospital visits or calling 911 wastes your time and money. Use the emergency room only in life-threatening situations or disabling conditions. Call 603-626-9500 to reach a Provider to help you decide if you are experiencing an emergency.

Appointment Cancellation Policy
If you do not appear for your first appointment, Amoskeag Health staff will call you or mail a letter to you to ask if you still wish to become a patient. If you are experiencing a challenge with keeping a scheduled appointment, please call 603-626-9500 and let us know. We may be able to help you to overcome the challenge and get the support you need. We request 24-hour notice by telephone to cancel your appointment.
Prescription Refills
Refill requests typically take 3-5 business days. Medications that need prior approval may take up to 14 business days from the time we receive the request from the pharmacy. Call us when you have a 2-week supply remaining of your medication so that you do not use all of your supply of medication before getting your refill. Contact us by calling 603-626-9500 or send us a secure message through the Patient Portal to request a refill. When you call, you may speak to a Call Center Representative or you may choose to leave a detailed voicemail with your refill request. Our voicemail option is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
