Patrick Curtin

Chief Financial Officer

Patrick Curtin is an accomplished healthcare executive and turnaround CFO known for stabilizing complex organizations, strengthening revenue cycle performance, and building high-trust, mission-driven teams. With more than a decade of progressive leadership experience across Federally Qualified Health Centers, rural health systems, and acute care hospitals, Patrick brings a unique blend of financial strategy, operational excellence, and deep community commitment.

 

Patrick currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Amoskeag Health, following his tenure as Chief Financial Officer at Lowell Community Health Center. In these roles, he has led financial management, revenue cycle operations, compliance, and multi-year strategic planning.

He is widely recognized for his ability to quickly assess organizational challenges, restore financial clarity, and implement strong, patient-centered systems. Throughout his career, he has overseen major revenue cycle transformations, HRSA compliance initiatives, large capital projects, payer contracting improvements, and enterprise-wide cash-flow remediation efforts.

 

Patrick earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from Merrimack College, a master’s degree in healthcare administration from Boston College, and a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Research in Gerontology from UMass Boston. He is currently completing his Doctor of Healthcare Administration, focusing his dissertation on insurance design and access to care. In addition, Patrick is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and holds several professional certifications from HFMA.

 

Patrick lives in New Hampshire and spends his free time on Cape Cod with his husband, embracing the balance between demanding executive work and the joy of community, family, and New England life.
