ProHealth is a partnership between Amoskeag Health and the Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester, working together to support the whole person.
​​ProHealth brings primary care and mental health services together in one place. This makes it easier for youth and adults, ages 12 and up, to get the care they need. Services focus on physical health, mental health, and overall well-being.
Our team can provide regular check-ups, screenings, and treatment for physical health needs. We also work closely with your mental health providers to make sure your care is well-coordinated and complete.
With ProHealth, you’ll have access to:

Substance use services, including help to quit smoking or vaping and access to medications if needed
