FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE We accept most insurance plans at Amoskeag Health. Many insurance companies make agreements with healthcare providers to offer lower rates to patients; this is called being "in-network." Please contact your administrator or insurance company to ensure that we are in-network with your health insurance plan. At Amoskeag Health, we do our best to help patients understand the health insurance and assistance programs available to them. Below, we have more information about our Sliding Fee Scale and Case Management support services. At the bottom of the page, you will find links to the Healthcare Marketplace and Medicaid. Amoskeag Health offers services on a sliding fee scale that has five levels of adjusted fees based on patient household size and income. Refill Coordinators at Amoskeag Health manage patient prescription refills and enroll qualified patients who lack prescription drug coverage into medication assistance programs to help patients find the lowest cost for select medications. Amoskeag Health Low-Cost Formulary: This program is available at the Walgreens locations in Manchester and Hooksett . Patients must have an Amoskeag Health discount card that is not expired that they MUST show to the pharmacist to confirm they are eligible for the Amoskeag Health Low-Cost Formulary. This program is limited to the medications listed on the formulary. Low-Cost Prescription Program At Amoskeag Health, we support your physical and mental health. We understand the challenges to navigate housing, medical insurance, and access to affordable food and services. That's why we have dedicated case managers who can help you. If you qualify, case managers can help you access a variety of public benefits, including: TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families: a time-limited program providing basic financial assistance to help families get back on their feet) WIC (Women, Infants, and Children: a program that ensures proper nutrition for mothers and their children) Food stamps Medicaid Unemployment Social Security Additionally , case managers can help patients apply for rental assistance or public housing/section 8 and connect them with NH Legal during any suspected housing discrimination. In many cases, they help patients navigate healthcare insurance through Medicaid and the Healthcare Marketplace. All Amoskeag Health patients are able to connect with case management.     LEADERSHIP Patrick Curtin Chief Financial Officer Patrick Curtin is an accomplished healthcare executive and turnaround CFO known for stabilizing complex organizations, strengthening revenue cycle performance, and building high-trust, mission-driven teams. With more than a decade of progressive leadership experience across Federally Qualified Health Centers, rural health systems, and acute care hospitals, Patrick brings a unique blend of financial strategy, operational excellence, and deep community commitment. Patrick currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Amoskeag Health, following his tenure as Chief Financial Officer at Lowell Community Health Center. In these roles, he has led financial management, revenue cycle operations, compliance, and multi-year strategic planning. He is widely recognized for his ability to quickly assess organizational challenges, restore financial clarity, and implement strong, patient-centered systems. Throughout his career, he has overseen major revenue cycle transformations, HRSA compliance initiatives, large capital projects, payer contracting improvements, and enterprise-wide cash-flow remediation efforts. Patrick earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from Merrimack College, a master’s degree in healthcare administration from Boston College, and a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Research in Gerontology from UMass Boston. He is currently completing his Doctor of Healthcare Administration, focusing his dissertation on insurance design and access to care. In addition, Patrick is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and holds several professional certifications from HFMA. Patrick lives in New Hampshire and spends his free time on Cape Cod with his husband, embracing the balance between demanding executive work and the joy of community, family, and New England life. LAUNCH is a clinic-based program, which means our "LAUNCH Navigators" work directly with parents and caregivers to discover and navigate local resources for childcare assistance, food access, housing assistance, and more.   • Youth Wellness & Prevention Partnership | Amoskeag Health

    MANCHESTER YOUTH WELLNESS AND PREVENTION COLLABORATIVE Amoskeag Health is proud to partner with Makin' It Happen, the YMCA of Greater Manchester, and the Boys and Girls Club of Manchester to offer the Botvin LifeSkills program to at-risk youth in our community. This evidence-based program, led by trained facilitators, teaches young people important life skills to help them make healthier choices and reduce risky behaviors. Makin' It Happen also coordinates the Substance Use and Mental Health Prevention Collaborative, a group of community partners who meet monthly to explore new ways to expand prevention programs in Manchester. These partners are key to the success of the Botvin LifeSkills program, playing a vital role in its implementation. Amoskeag Health has also teamed up with Catalyst Evaluation Group, experts in data collection and evaluation.
