LEADERSHIP
Maureen Cassidy, MSN, RN
Chief Nurse/Chief Compliance Officer
My reason for coming to Amoskeag Health, as the Chief Nurse and Chief Compliance Officer was rooted in my desire to build a stronger and more meaningful connection with the community we serve. After many years in community hospital and academic healthcare settings, I wanted the opportunity to work in a setting where I could have a more direct impact on patients’ lives and help address the needs of underserved populations.

Over the past five years, it has been a true privilege to lead our clinical teams, including our nurses, medical assistants, patient care coordinators, and nutrition department. Every day brings an opportunity to support and empower the incredible staff members who are dedicated to providing compassionate and high-quality care.

What continues to inspire me most is the opportunity to meet our patients where they are, provide positive support, and help create an environment where individuals feel heard, respected, and cared for. Being part of Amoskeag Health has reinforced my belief that healthcare is about more than treating illness. It is about building trust, improving access to care, and strengthening the health and wellbeing of our community.
