Pediatric care is offered at all four of Amoskeag Health’s sites. Pediatric care is focused on patients ranging from newborns to patients who are 20 years old. There is a great deal of focus based on wellness care, immunizations, anticipatory guidance and making sure the patients develop both physically and emotionally. At Amoskeag Health, we offer innovative pediatric primary care services to our patients and families using an integrated model; lead by the primary care provider (physician, physician’s assistant or a nurse practitioner) and the other members of the practice care team comprised of a behavioral health consultant, medical assistant, nurse, nutritionist, care coordinator, community health worker, case manager and social worker work together to support patients and families when needed. For additional information please call 603-626-9500.
