Amoskeag Health offers programs to assist eligible patients in accessing prescription medication:

• Medication Assistance Programs (MAP): Amoskeag Health has Medication Access Coordinators who manage patient prescription refills and enrolls qualified patients, who lack prescription drug coverage, into medication assistance programs (MAP) to help patients find the lowest cost for select medications.
• Amoskeag Health $12 Formulary: This program is available at the Walgreens locations in Manchester and Hooksett. Patients must have an Amoskeag Health discount card that is not expired that they MUST show to the pharmacist to confirm they are eligible for the Amoskeag Health $12 Formulary. This program is limited to the medications listed on the formulary.
