Over the Edge 2018

Dr. Lisa is Going Over the Edge for MCHC!

Dr. Lisa DiBrigida, Associate Medical Director at Child Health Services at Manchester Community Health Center, is participating in the 2018 Over the Edge challenge on June 29th. She will rappel down the Brady Sullivan building to support Child Health Services at MCHC. Dr. Lisa will take on this 24-story challenge like everything she does in life, with a smile! There is nothing she won’t do for the children and families of MCHC.

As a pediatrician, she accomplishes so much in one day – the 300 foot Brady Sullivan Tower won’t stand in her way! Check out a day in the life of Dr. Lisa as she prepares for her next quest – rappelling down the Brady Sullivan building on Elm Street!

Team HuddleEach day Dr. Lisa meets in the team pod with health care providers, behavioral health specialist, and community health workers. Together they coordinate care and support services to better serve each patient. Today the team is providing advice and encouragement for Dr. Lisa’s upcoming Over the Edge challenge.

Check UpsUsually, it’s Dr. Lisa checking vitals, but today she gets some help having her vitals checked to ensure she’s in tip-top shape as she prepares for her rappel down the Brady Sullivan building.

Advocacy in ActionWhen Dr. Lisa isn’t seeing patients, she is often at events promoting the importance of accessible primary health care and support services for children and families. She’s so passionate about this cause that she’s ready to go Over the Edge to raise awareness and funds for uncompensated care for children.

Physical Fitness

Dr. Lisa understands you need to keep your muscles strong in order to rappel down a 300-foot building. She practices climbing and rappeling so she is ready to go Over the Edge on June 29th.

Holistic HealthDr. Lisa is dedicated to keeping children healthy, and she understands that physical health is only one component. She actively links families with nutrition, behavioral health, and literacy resources available at MCHC. Today Dr. Lisa is reading up on what it takes to rappel down a 24-story building.
